- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect
- Experience in multiple ends to end implementations of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce App Cloud
- Led atlleast 1-2 architecture and consulting engagements including defining implementation Roadmaps and strategy
- Expert Level understanding of different Salesforce products – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Vlocity platform
- Experience in building web service-based applications (RESTful and SOAP)
- Understanding of Revenue management processes will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expert Level understanding and experience in implementing single sign on, Salesforce application security
- Good knowledge in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
- Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governance limits
- Familiarity with popular AppExchange apps and email integrations is a plus.
